a copy of the Audit Guide either in printed version or in CD-ROM version.

audit of the Ross Incineration facility.

to schedule shipments.
- Outside
Carrier Scheduling & Receiving Requirements - if you use an
outside carrier (transporter other than Ross Transportation) follow
the guidelines on this form prior to shipping wastes.
- Verification
of compliance with DOT HM-232 - compliance with the DOT
regulations is required for all handlers and transporters of hazardous
waste. You can download and print this letter verifying compliance
of the Ross companies.
